Gina Carano Biography
Gina Carano a.k.a. Conviction, is American mixed martial arts fighter, specializing in Muay Thai who was born in Dallas County, Texas on April 16th, 1982. She has been referenced as the face of women’s MMA. And it’s not only because she simply beautiful with a smile on her face all the time but she’s also one hell of a fighter.
Outside of her MMA fighting, Carano is also known for her appearance as the Gladiator “Crush” on the TV show American Gladiators.
Carano showed her athleticism from an early age. She graduated from Trinity High School in Las Vegas, Nevada where she led the girl’s basketball team to a state title. She also played volleyball and softball. She later attended the University of Nevada located in Reno for a year then completed her next three years in the Universities Las Vegas location. She majored in psychology.
As you can see, she love competing, she loves winning, obviously she’s extremely fit, sexy and she has brains to top it off. Hey, if you can find a beautiful women that can kick ass, is extremely talented and has lots of smarts, then you got something going for you right there!
Carano later started her career in the art of Muay Thai and was offered to participate in the first ever sanctioned female MMA bout in Nevada. She still remains undefeated… *update* until late when she recently lost the biggest women’s MMA fight against Cyborg.
